Clinical Research Site Specialist

We are looking for a Clinical Research Site Specialist to support the orderly and compliant conduct of clinical research activities at study sites.
Role description
- Support the conduct of study activities under the principal investigator's supervision and within delegated duties, in accordance with the study protocol, Good Clinical Practice (ICH-GCP) and applicable regulations.
- Coordinate communication and task follow-up between investigators, site staff and sponsor/CRO project teams.
- Support the scheduling of participant visits in line with the study timeline and the completion of visit preparations.
- Keep study files, training records and essential documents complete and up to date.
- Enter data into the EDC system within delegated duties and follow up on data queries and missing records.
- Complete the necessary preparations for site initiation and close-out, monitoring visits and audits.
- Report study progress regularly and promptly inform the relevant project lead of delays, protocol deviations and operational issues.
- Protect the confidentiality of participant information and the security of study records.
What we are looking for
- A university degree in pharmacy, medicine, nursing, biology, chemistry, biochemistry, molecular biology and genetics, or another related field.
- Experience in the clinical research sector.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- A good command of written and spoken English.
- Availability to travel and work at research sites in Istanbul or Ankara.
- Strong communication, planning and organisational skills.
- A responsible, results-oriented approach and the ability to work well in a team.
- A structured approach to task follow-up and attention to detail.
